As a gas guy too I will tell you to be careful of the large china hulls. Most of them have been tried by gassers and most if not all had to have extensive work done to beef up the hulls for that application. If you are going to jump waves and run in heavy water I would caution you to consider instead a usa built hull that shipping will be less on, probably no extra material needed for strengthing, get it delivered much quicker and have a manufacturer that can answer your questions, and backup the product.

Regaurdless of the hull and where it is bought from, I will reinforce the hull and hatch with Carbon Fiber....

I would want two of those motors and escs. I was at the limit of that motor and esc combo Im sure. To go any faster or push a larger hull I would put two of those cans in there. A 70" boat is huge. You almost need a trailer.

Yea I do! haha When I flip my Fun Cruiser and Bonzi in the same day it is kinda ridiculous. My parents have a house there and on the weekends in the summer with tons of boats and wind it gets to look like a scale version of Deadliest Catch!

I think it's an Aeromarine Hull
and a QD25 can push the big 70" to low 50's I think, so not really mega power to get 50 out of one
