Maybe I am not familiar with the plans, where did the tunnel support come from?

Your combo is not very conducive to FAST and RELIABLE. You will need either really hot motors, your 4S Fe batts and a hefty ESC. OR you will need 6S and a low KV motor that might work with your 100 amp ESCs.

Have you read any of the twin cat threads? You won't find any that run 100 amp ESCs, especially those that talk of your target speed.

Take Wolf, he has twin 2700 kv motors (very roughly equivalent to 6 or 7 XL) on 4S and what size speed controllers does he have?

Mine has two 1500 kv motors, eventually on 6S and I am thinking 200 amp controllers too.

The guys who are most helpful here are the ones that end up being most cautious... recommending larger ESCs that necessary, starting with small prop, checking temps often.

Save your Xpowers for smaller apps and save money in the end.
YEP JESSE IS RIGHT, IM RUNNING 200 AMP HIMODEL'S AND IF RAN REALLY HARD THE ESC'S STILL HAVE MELTED THE SHRINK WRAP RIGHT OFF DUE TO HEAT!! BUT MY PAYLOAD IS 12 LBS.....SOOOO IN MY CASE WEIGHT IS A HUGE FACTOR. AND THIS IS WITH X440'S!!YOU COULD RUN 8XL'S TO BE SAFE... GOOD LUCK BROTHER!

No. I tried to elucidate two mutually exclusive scenarios:

                      1) low KV motor, high voltage moderately, low amperage
                      2) moderate KV motor, moderate voltage, high amperage

you have just asked about high KV motor, high voltage which would be screaming rpms and huge amperage.

Your original question was regarding 4S batteries. If you want to go with 6S then you really need to go with lower KV motors, like Proboat (1500 KV) which would work great in your cat, or 12XL (1450 KV).

If you stay with 4S theeennnnn you would be using 8XL and hydra 120s would be fine.

                      12XL or Proboat motor x 24 Volts = 33000 rpms
                      8XL x 15 Volts = 31000 rpms

8XL x 24 Volts - almost 50000 rpms.... Listen to Wolf's Elam hydro to hear what it would sound like... he has 2800 kv x 15 volts to give over 40000 rpms.

Also being limited to 42 mm props, you don't want too high of rpms, so take your choice and DO NOT MIX the two options.

I would give it my stamp of approval. The other benefit, is that you can step back to 5S or 4S if it goes too fast. I still think you would be more than happy with two Proboat motors, but your the doc, doc. They cost about the same new anyway - but Proboat motor has cooling jacket included.

good luck and keep us posted.
