Thanks. I see they make that in black as well.

Very nice Shawn, as Steve said lot of intricate work there.

Glad it went well with the silicone too. Not fun trying to get into the nose of a 114/115 to do the sleds lol.

I should have some updates this weekend. I ran into a huge Glitch when I went to put in and mock line up my stuffing tubes. One of my motors had a bent shaft!!!!!!!!!!! So huge process getting a 'used bought' LMT shipped correctly to Andreas and then money for repair transferred. BUT.... they will come back with 8mm shafts and should be in the mail now.
Other things have been percolating here, ESC mounts, water inlets/outlets... Pics to come

I do, I have pics and such. Just need to find time to update. We had a long winter here and then suddenly summer hit and holy I've been busy. I'll try to fire some stuff on here after the weekend. Doubt the boat will hit the water till fall at this time.

So an update, I have been tinkering here and there, I install the water inlets as seen previous but I did not get a pic of the inside

I also made a couple of stringer/braces for the rear deck.

Also mounted the drive tubes and you may have noticed they , as well as the water intakes are chrome:

I also tucked the water outlets up behind the inlets and out the hull in a discreet fashion all epoxied in:

Discrete is how I did my twin antenna tubes as well. You will see them centred on the rear deck.

Very soon the green tape will come off and all will be smoothed out.

Next up was my hatch and this is where I am at right now. I need to epoxy my blind nuts in but the holes are drilled and front pins installed on both hatches. I have one Kevlar hatch(pictured) all smoothed for speed and GPS and the CF one which will get the over cockpit scoop and scale windscreen.

I reinforced the center bolt mounts as strong as I could in the tight space I had. This is a shot from under showing the pad which the blind nut mounts to. I sliced in a small vertical brace just for strengthening:

Well I know it is a HPR bulletproof edition but if it sees 8s on those 1691kv LMT’s it may need all the help it can get.
                        I figure 6-7s sporting around.

                        And thanks Ryan

No problem. Still get a chuckle every time I read the thread title.

All right, a bit more progress. I have the hatch blind nuts in and countersunk screws done on both hatches

So I made a special tool to put a reveal under the hatch lip so I can install ESC cover plates.

They will tuck up under in the slot made and then bolt onto the floor of the sponson where the bands hook. Good use of an inspection mirror once again

I just have to get the bolt holes drilled yet today.
