Looking good Travis! Your building me a nice boat! Mine will be the sport version of your setup though, ha ha!

Made the plate I'm mounting the servo on. I had to make a long through transom fitting because the transom r is very thick on this hull. I'm using a carbon fiber rod for steering and the end fittings are billet items from kbb.

Little late but this is how I did the trays. Epoxied 18 tabs per tray so it has the maximum about of contact I can get. Used west systems epoxy.

Made the Esc mount. I wanted it to be able to accommodate pretty much any Esc so it's got plent of room.

            Set in the hull

And some escs to get an idea

I went through a lot of trouble to be able to make the hardware easy to remove so I put glued in threaded inserts.

Here's my receiver, bec, servo mount. Wired up ready to go in. Simple but neat.

              And epoxy drying

With all those tabs, how are you going to get velcro straps around the battery trays?

There will be Velcro on the battery bottom and Velcro on the trays themselves to keep battery from sliding. This is a new way I started doing it because I found some good quality long straps.
