I got some catching up to do with my Miss Elam. Right now I am waiting to have real time on my hands to do a bit of beautification work and wanting to re-install the horizontal wing. Got some metal truss from the nitro counter part, since the ones for BL is no longer in production.Too many boats, not enough time...Comment

what prop are you using and is this hull hard to tape up?.NAMBA20...Caterpillar UL-1, P-Spec OM29, P-Mono DF33, P-Spec JAE, Aussie 33" Hydro-LSH, Sprintcat CC2028 on 8s, PT SS45 Q Hydro, PS295 UL-1 power, OSE Brothers Outlaw QMono 4-sale, Rio 51z CC2028 on 8sComment

The prop is an x440/3, and currently I'm using a piece of pool noodle as a sub hatch. It's not water tight but I haven't come up with a way to make it yet. It's a little bit of a pain to tape, but I don't tape the hatch itselfComment

and that's with a 1800kv motor on 5s or 4s.NAMBA20...Caterpillar UL-1, P-Spec OM29, P-Mono DF33, P-Spec JAE, Aussie 33" Hydro-LSH, Sprintcat CC2028 on 8s, PT SS45 Q Hydro, PS295 UL-1 power, OSE Brothers Outlaw QMono 4-sale, Rio 51z CC2028 on 8sComment

I just used a heat gun and muscle to get it out. The heat loosens the glue and makes the plastic pliable enough to get outLast edited by Heaving Earth; 05-16-2013, 11:14 PM.Comment
