          Thats the largest i would go...............a 438 is probably better. You're gonna be able to pull "wheelie's" off the line ya know!!

                  I would start off as small as I could find something like the 35mm and work up. That is going to have a ton of bite with a big wheel on.

                      I think I would just buy some plastics and then drill the centers out to suit your larger prop shaft for now and try them out. Once you have a proper prop setup then I would invest in a nice copper or stainless one. But thats just my .02

                          Epoxy some 3/16" plywood on the inside of the transom and then seal it good with more epoxy.
