I was thinking i could get some plastic plate and mount it to the existing holes in the boat then drill for the servo or i can use my mount from my truggy. I just mount the legs to the mount in then mount the servo deck in to that.. hahah

Mason, the pic of the linkage, the aluminum ring,is a dress up ring for ur water line.It doesn't go on the steering linkage. I was wondering what happen to that.It goes in ur transom and the water line connects from the rudder thru the dress up ring and into ur esc.

Mason,i suggest you get ur basic electronics layout first before u drill a hole for the linkage.Remember what M-a-W said about the center of gravity?

Yes. The weight seems to still be forward. Center is about 7 or 8 inches from the back of the transom. So should i start by mounting my servo?

Sounds good! Get the trays made but dont epoxy them to the hull yet.You can lay them inside the hull with ur electronics and start moving things around to find the proper center of gravity.

Also the tabs lay flat against the battery trays, not the edge of the tab.On the bottom of the trays there is a scribe, you will see what im talking about.
