Try a smaller prop (especially if you're going to go up in voltage). I bet if you go down a couple sizes in props the oscilation will be gone (the bouncing of the front of the boat and the boat coming out of the water). It looks like that prop is lifting the hull out of the water no problem, but you would be surprised how much better it will handle with a bit smaller dia prop...

You could...I personally like two blade props better in most applications. Usually in terms of mph/amp, two blades usually win out for me.

          Rob,
          I enjoyed the video.
try 9s lipo with a Y557/2 prop, propshaft may get raised up a little.

now saw the video!! kicks ass...my experience with large cats, a 3 blade prop is better..but i guess everything is trial and error..i changed the height of the prop setup to a shorter one...centre of the shaft is exact height to the bottom of the sponson.(pontoon) well done i am waiting to see what i will do >>

What was the strut height before? I would raise that sucker up above the sponsons

centerline of propshaft 3/8" up from bottom of sponson. (may run even higher as needed.)
