You might want to reinforce the hull some just to be on the safe side since you will be getting a lot of 100++ mph blow overs. Goodluck howard!

I would love to see a twin Genesis with the setup from your other 32in cat with some 65C discharge batts.

    Edit: You read my mind!
Fleet: 55" Quad inline T600 Cigarette boat, Twin Mean Machine, Twin T600 47" mystery mono, 4082 Surge Crusher, 1717 8s Genesis, 4074 Villain, "mini mono", 52" Bonzi, Prather Funcruiser, 2 DPI 3.5cc tunnels, 5' Styrofoam recover barge

I'm missing something here, maybe i need to go back to my leo. This is a test of rpm,s and to see just how fast a 32 river cat can go. I have already hit a 100mph on gps with a leo at 50,000 but what will i hit with 60,000 rpm's??? lol
I would tend to agree if a shaft broke at high rpm I would think something was out of balance not the rpm that caused it . Like I said before 11s is no big deal on a neu so I have to agree with howard 60k is turning but there r motors that turn 100 k damn near the speed of sound. Saying something cant be done is just a self setup to look foolish when someone pulls it off. To me this is uncharted territory im just want to see it run . We already know the results the last time someone told this man what he couldnt do. No need for anyone to set themselves up again. Hey Howard this doesnt mean that you given up hitting 100 with the hotr does it? That neu should hold it.

                    hi howard
be careful with your choice my friend(11S with neu 1527 1.5d 1500kv).
i am only run 3 time with 10S 1527 1.5d for 1 minute 30 seconde and one is died.
now i regret $300 one motor in the trash, I should have stay 8s and 9s maximum.

I dont know Mike the nue website says that motors recomended max is 40 volts so i dont really think he will blow it loaded properly as the neus are underated IM sure. But there are other options in the 1500 series line rated for over 46.2volts a 2d I believe.

and Mike you dont throw a neu away it can be repaired rotor replaced etc

Thats a very nice hull. Its a big hull, my guess would be about 70 with 2 leo's and that be running them hard. To hit a 100 it would take some looking into and some very deep pockets.

Thanks for the advice mike but I'm looking for the rpm's. If i go back to 9s then im back to my leo. Maybe you got a bad motor. With the speed im looking for im ready for anything to happen at anytime. If you ever burn the motors in your small mystic i would put that 1527 in.

what about some 5692 or would you go away from the leos all together?

                              ok no problemo
for my last run with my medium mystic 1527 1.5d on 10s propshop 5018/3 i reach 112 mph.
                              8s propshop 5018/3 = 98 mph
                              but i don't test 9s , i thing we can pass the 100 mph

so i would like to see your 11s in action 125mph

but i use a big propeller to reach this speed and you, you want to use small propeller??

there are so many surprises in the rc boat so i'm looking forward to see your projet in action

If it was me i would go with 2 5692 leo's. To get to a 100 you might need to go with neu. What ever you want to do?
