Well after my mishaps this weekend with the Turnigy motors I decided to get serious and put some power to this baby. One of the turnigy motors deff. had an issue because you could hear a difference in the rpm's it turned. Gonna set them aside and put some real power to it now. Scorpion 3026 1600kv on 6s. Made some water cooled disc's to go between the motor mounts and the motor. Weight wise it's almost identical to the 4s turnigy setup but having such lighter motors on 6s I can get my weight more up front where it needs to be. Going from 475w to 1500w a motor. Dang BC your a mind reader, I was going to try to make coolers like that that go between the motor and mount. What would you want to make me a set of those? I wondered how long it would take before you put the power to it !!!Comment

I have been doing machine work since 95' and still love it. What's challenging is to try and make stuff in the basement with very limited equipment and low light conditions and a possible hint of beer......FE BOATING: Less like a hobby and more like an addiction!Comment

It's a challenge for sure with limited equipment. I still may try to make some cause I like machining too!
