I am running 7/32 brass w/o teflon... a tad noisier, but as long as you lube often and frequently, no worries. There is lots of debate, which tells me, just make sure your shaft is lubed up and cleaned each time out, us sporters should be fine. Yes, Jerry I agree you want the stuffing tube to go into the nose of the strut - but you can do that also with the teflon if you use it. Heat shrink is key to also reduce water infiltration and drag.

    got vid will post.

Got the Bannana boat vid on my memory stick, probably won't be able to give it to you until Tuesday. Looking like I'll be really busy today, tomorrow, and Monday. Did the vid of the cat turn out OK?

yep, its the on i posted 4 posts ago. No rush, got some great pics of yours too.

gonna taker out again and try out the raised strut. With the new hardware, the strut had to be slotted deeper to allow higher running. Now I have it 1/4-3/16" above base of sponsons.

                Geico stickers are en route

                Thanks ROD!!!

Sweet. A friend of mine wants me to come with him to look at a Jeep on Monday or Tuesday, might have time after that before work to drop off the memory stick. I'd really like to get those pics, too.

I'm going to adjust the strut on the Titan to get it riding drier, should I adjust the trim tabs a little as well?

What brand? did you try the Ace brand I posted? it is pretty dang close - then again, I have seen a range of yellow-greens on the real boat as well. Any pics to see the color?
