Absolutely! Can't argue the contrary! That is the ONLY reason I've been so persistent with this tugger. She's a looker!

Don't wait for me. I have put it on the back burner for now . Still undecided what I will do with it but I don't have much time for it lately. Any spare time that I have right now has been focused on my tunnel hull.

Also, I am watching your twin outrunner build. I am very interested to see how those motors perform.

OK, I think I'm going to have to do some float tests then and some real world cell-draw-watt calculations to determine which setup to run. ...and yes, first, the outrunner setup. I might want to pursue outrunners over the CC/Neu's if they prove to be lighter, cooler or more appropriate for this little hull.

Since I have two bare EKOS hulls here... I'm going to do two things.

            One: Setup a mono EKOS using a Hydra 240 and CC/Neu 2200 and 078 Jeff W wire
            Using 4s2p - I'm thinking starting prop m445

            Goal: 60Mph / 6 minutes

Two: Setup a twin EKOS using two T120a and 2000Kv 600 out runners and 062 Jeff W wire drives
            Using 4s2p - I'm thinking starting prop K445 L&R

            Goal: 70Mph

Stingers & rudder in place. Nice looking hardware. I like the satin finish.

Think I'm going to use two of the 2 port bottom of the hull water pickups to keep the tail looking clean.

How long is that rudder? Where did you get it from? Can you give me a link please.

It's 87mm, got in on eBay a while back for my other EKOS.

It's not a direct fit, I drilled the hull mount narrower by about 3mm to make it fit. The stingers bolt right up, but leave two holes in the hull to fill in. Which is OK, they are not readily visible holes.

Yeah. I have a set in the RTR EKOS. I just get real nervous cutting into the bottom of the hull. Since I'm using outrunners, I might end up capping a port on each side. The Turnigy 120a esc's only have a single water line and I'm not using the water cooled mounts either....

                      Keeping it simple and sleek.

Just ordered a pair of 1400Kv 600 Heli motors and going to jump to 6s. Hopefully the Turnigy 120 ESC's will do OK on 6s.

I was looking at those as well. I see on other forums they are very good and strong...lower esc needs yet bigger props. I may end up running outrunners in the future more...cheaper, smaller and much more torque.
