Happy Thankagiving y'all. I am back in Texas for the holiday and we have injected and will fry two turkeys today. I am also going to experiment and inject and deep fry two Cornish game hens. Yum Yum, as Tommy Haynes says!

It is looking better (wind wise) than it did for our 2nd Sunday run and 3rd Sunday swap meet. Going to be really chilly (low 40's) in the early morning though.
