any of u guys want to take a road trip up mississippi way i finally got the gas guys to let electric boats run with em.....they will run p mono s,t mono....open mono ...open cat etc....open off shore....id really love to see some s,t mono's come here and kick some gas but.....oh ya its sept 9.10.11

This is the meet we talked about before guys! We need a great turnout! This is our chance to bring Fast Electrics alive in our area. With the OPEN classes, you can run whatever you want!

hey bill i am down in tampa a few times a year but live in ms. id love to get down there for both of your races comeing up but can only aford one ....... ill be there for the tunnel races in nov.....lets see one hour drive or 10 hr drive? beleave me id reather be there running with the electrics but NO BUDGET!

I was wondering the same thing about Sunday myself. It's still miserable hot and we are supposed to have about a 40% rain chance. (cloud cover and rain might make it a little cooler).
Has anybody signed up for the wrca race yet? Last time I looked it was still showing 0 drivers & 0 boats. I'm still debating on whether I want to spend $250 for another set of batteries for my thunderbolt to run it in open cat when it may still be too hot to spend a day racing.

I definitely hope all you guys will sign up for the WCRA race!!!! Regardless of the weather I am going! This is our opportunity to showcase FE to the rest of the bay area r/c boaters! I really need to do a bit of test n tune before the Sept 4th race.

Come on guys! This race is the opportunity to grow our club that we have been looking for. We should set up a table with a poster advertising our club and have membership forms available! Anyone have a wife or girlfriend that would volunteer to staff it at the Sep 4 race?

We could also bring a couple of our boats that we won't be running to put on the table to attract attention. I could bring a 1/10th scale that is real purty.

We may all need to give our bodies some test n tune to stand up to the heat. If we can't make it now, I doubt we'd be able to make it then.

Looks like I'm the 1st in our group to sign up for a couple of classes in the WRCA meet. Anybody else going to take a shot at it?

BTW, Looks like Chris and myself are going to Ackerman early Sunday morning if anyone else would like to show up. We probably won't be staying very late with this heat though.

I'm not gonna make it. Hoping the 4th Sunday will be better. C'mon guys, sign up for the WCRA race on Sept 4th. I just signed up. We need a good showing. Bill Britten has worked his butt off on setting this up. Let's not disappoint him!!! C'mon Hugh, Jeff, Ray, etc! I see Bill's signed up. Good goin Bill!
