Jim, what set up are you running in your LSO boat? And what kinda temps are you acheiving in that set up?

UL-1, .150 shaft, M445 prop, single 5000mAh pack but not sure it'll make 4 minutes. The hull is one I used to import. No longer available. I've never actually temped it. If I can grab the motor and esc and battery and hold on to them without flinching then it's cool enough! Haha. It's never really run hot on me that I can recall.

Does anyone know if they are still Kayaking Saturday mornings at Ackerman?? Im asking because Id like to see if anyone is interested in running this sat am if the lake is open. Id like to get some testing in on my LSO to try and get the bounce out again and some testing on my STD. Also my neighbor, Chris, who has come out a few times with me but never run would like to debut a boat or two. Unfortunatley he works every Sunday am but if he can ever get away from that he will be joining our club. Hence why Im seeing if anyone want to do some t&t Saturday.

Wow, and Im killing motors on a PB 1500kv turning the same prop. I ran a back cut one this past weekend and it seemed to help temps a little bit, but they still arent where Id likethem to be.

I'm supposed to go do some flying early Sat morning but will throw my OPC in the van and bring it along. Will stop by on my way back home and see if you are still there.

hey ray what motor do u run in your proboat hydro and if its not a leopard what leopard is the equivelent motor if they make one lol//////...just looked it up....does a 5692 1090kv on 8s sound like enough motor for a pb hydro?
