Breaking News! Pete Forcier has possibly found us a fantastic lake to run on in Bradenton. Apparently is has a ready made drivers stand, etc. I will be driving down one day next week to look at it. We may want to change our location for the 21st of February!

Mike Harvey and I met with a local newspaper columnist this week. She took pictures of our boats, etc. The article will be about needing a lake to run on in the Land O Lakes area. Hope it shakes something loose so we will have a second location.

just a reminder, our next run is February 21st, 9a.m. Currently scheduled for Akermann park but that might change if Pete's new lake looks good. I will keep everyone posted!

There is a tunnel race on March 6th-7th at the Dover lake that will include FE! Go to www.rcracingevents.com to sign up but DON'T PAY. Pay at the race. Pete is going to try to talk the organizer into running all 4 FE heats on the same day.

The Waveblasters meet is March 28th! We had a GREAT time last year. Let's BE THERE! I had a long conversation with Ken Haines and he's hoping we attend again this year.

Well, I just did something serious to my back this morning. Can barely move. Dammit! I will try to be there regardless but may not be able to run anything. If it clears up I will be running OPC, LSH, LSO for sure. I may throw my P mono in the water again but last time I tried it was running about 1/2 throttle. Can't figure out the ESC in that thing!! It's a brand new Seaking 180.

I think all the FE class heats (4) will run on Sunday. Waiting on confirmation.

Fear not Terry! Some of us will definitely be running in the Waveblasters race. I talked at length with Ken Haines to nail down the date. Now that Ken has a thread up here on OSE, we can start signing up!
