It wasn't the caps they were all still intact although they were no longer attached to the board. The main body came out in pieces though.

The way it's looking I may only be there for day one and then again on Sunday for the classes I'm signed up in. Not too sure if I want to spend a whole week over there. spectating.
Oh the denatured alcohol worked great, too. I didn't have any but went and bought some. It cleaned it right up. I may have to break down and pull the mean machine out of the shed and clean it now too.
PS it was the Turnigy 180 in my DF33 that let looose. It was the only piece of electronics in it that didn't have to be replaced after it sunk. Guess it needed it too.
