Hah i saw a post for a guy wanting a 3660 motor kv 2000-2200 for a buggy and beeing used with a mamba max. told him this. New they.are 85. Ill go.half, 42.50 knock.down to.40 make it even you pay shipping too. So.it.came to.be 45 bucks.

They aren't very forgiving on 5s or too big of prop.You can't push them too much or make beginner mistakes.Know what I mean?

So tuesday im taking the foff and mg to.kingkaid lake for the day. My uncle is taking my cousins down with his.boat for some boating fishing and wake boarding. Should be fun. Ill get as much video.ad i can.
Should be cool. My cousin is also bringing his blast so.i can show you.how it runs.

Got an old watercooling systen from my cousins blast. Bent the aluminum tube to fit the cc1515 nd hoiking it up. This.will help.cooling a little on the water. Better than nothing. Hope it works

Ok.i have a problem. I would run the boat, it would run nice, then hit a little wake and it would jump and bounch, then i would loose steering and half throttle. I had to bring it in with a fishing pole.
I would open the hatch to see the traxxas reciever blinking red. The motor.would still turn, the.bec wire was a little loose so i unplugged and put back in. It would work for a little, then same problem. The rx worked fine yesterday on my foff rig. Now it isnt that good in the boat.
Any.help? i really want to take it to kingkaid tomorrow.

My cousins blast is also having the same problem. It will connect then loose connection. Mine connexts then blinking red i.think means it looses connection

I know some guys have problems with binding.Does turning the TX off and then back on remedy the problem?Antenna in good location?Are you under power lines?
Try rebinding the RX to the TX

Fixed it. Took the reciever apart sprayed with corrosion x and sprayed all the wire ends. Cleaned up nice. Looks good. Works great.

But *!***!***!***!** hit the fan. I was taking a wire out of the connector and they crossed for a breaf moment. Looked at the lipo. Puffed. Not bad but.its puffed. Now im mad. I think.its not too bad. But cant wait for tomorrow. Hopefully i dobt only get video of the foff running. If that doesnt break on my tonight.

Blew a lipo. Got about a minutd of video and 2 minutes of run time, then i lost a lot of power. Brought it in. Take the.lid off, smoke and lipo smell. The puffed pack leaked out. Smells horrible. Also lots of water in the hull.
Temp was 100, water temp was 90. esc was 92, motor was 91, i ran it as hard ad i.could. The front was bouncing a little too much. But it got up.in speed. Glad to see my motor cooling worked nice and a nice stream of water out the side.
The water was a little to.choppy but im guessing low to mid 50's.
