Just tested the boat... Last night i programmed. Wrong... I had to put it back to zero lipo cutoff. It was at halfthrottle for the firstvtest. Fadt but not... Took it home. Turned cutoff off and tested. Holy cow. Like a bat outta hell. Fast. Turns and plans better with the blueprinted.hull. The prop grabs on fast. It hooks up. A lot less cav starting off. Fast and tons of torque. Love the motor swap. After 2 minutes the motor was at 120 ans esc at 93. motor has no cooling on it motor was still cool to touch. It was a hot and windy.day. Still ran good. About 95 today and i took the.temp.of the esc and motor before i.ran. Motor at 91 and esc at 90. it was sittkng on the porch for a while at ny grandparents. Im running 15* on motor. Ran great. Cant wait until i get a day about 85 and hardly any wind.

So... Been thinking. What makes electric.motors in.general spin faster or slower. How do.they change the.kv of a motor. Seems like most the rotors i see in brushed look the same yet some motors spin much.faster. Brushless i.dont know. Please explain.

It has to do with the way the copper wire is wound, how many winds and the magnet size.In a brushed motor the rotor has the windings and in a brushless the can has the windings and the magnets turn.

So the amount of windings changes the.speed

Yeah,Has to do with the current and resistance.Same as the brushed motors: 55 turn,35 turn,27 turn, right down to 6 or 7 turn.A 55 turn has alot of torque and less rpm whereas a 11 turn is good for a race buggy.

What kind of decal is it?Just a normal vinyl decal? You may be able to moisten it with soapy water and then you can slide it around on the boat till you are happy. Then squegee the water out and let it dry.I have someone I can ask if you like.
