Well,I worked through my holidays and have a few days off to start the New Year.Hope this isn't a sign of a slow spring.Work wise that is.Still waiting on my SK 180's for the Komodo.I have got to get this thing back together.This week I hope.

I put the Proboat 1800kv motor into my Miss GEICO. (The 1500kv that came with it, I put into my Impulse 26).

Can anyone suggest an appropriate metal prop for the new set up I have? Preferably Octura. I know I can get those at my LHS.

This is the prop that comes with the new 1800kv "Black Jack" from ProBoat, which is (I assume) the same boat with different clothes.

I just don't see how that can be the "right" prop for that many boat/motor combinations. I assume its OK on all of them, but if I'm going to buy one, I want to get the best choice.

I do have an Octura X645. But I've read that the X642 is the best Octura prop for it?

Depending on you're ESC Scott. The 1800's are aweful tight on a 60 amp.A X642(or one cut to M),a M545 or 445 would be good in the prop box as well.

There should be quite a bit of work if you put your name out there! Craigslist is good, and so is Kijiji in Canada. But, I'm sure you're well aware of these options.
