Hi Shawn,

At the shop water has subsided so I was able to open the shop again. at our main house, the water has also subsided but the water level at the dike along the river is about a foot from overflowing and actually, the other day there has been a minor breach at the dike but it was immediately fixed. We're still staying at our condo. maybe we'll go back to the main house in a couple of days.

Thanks bud! we're luckier than others though. Some areas are still under neck or head deep of water. thousands are still in evacuation centers and some are stranded. In the provinces, there are few suburbs that are still isolated.

OMG, very sorry to see all that flooding,, from your first pics i didnt think it was that bad but now,, be carefull bud!!!! I didnt think my motor timming would have caused any of my problems but ill have to recheck it and my batts are to the sides of the hull,,, yes i alread programed the esc with the card but maybe it didnt take..

Heres some pics just to show the gear location, pleas keep in mind i just moved the rudder down to the bottom bolt hole to get the rudder lower thinking that might help and the aluminum shaft sticking out of the stinger was actauly longer putting the prop further back i just flipped it arond in the stinger to move the prop closer to the transum!!!

I think the CG need to go back some,
Also find out what the timing should be for that motor.
I would move the cell back to the transom,
Like 1"or 2 "from it and see what happens,
Also try the grim 40 x ? /3 you have on it, If it's in good shape to smooth it out some.
When it was brushed did you use lipos in it or nimh cells ?
Just thinking if the boat liked more weight in it.

Ok Lenny ill give all that a try,,, it had nimhs in it originaly but ran very slow so i sent the Astroflight 212D esc back and they tested it and said it was fine so after abunch of trying i gave up on it and eventauly pulled it back off the shelf and replaced everything with the brushless stuff and here it is now....So why do you guys think its motor timming, im just trying to understand!!!
