Are u referring to the bsi epoxy from horizon? I will do that when I'm done silicone all the bolts n stuff. Since water seems to be getting in anyhow. Would the recent prop changes cause any of this?

Thats a lot of water your taking in. Did you do a bathtub test? Did you take off all the hardware and seal with silicone? Pressure check cooling lines?

Currently taking her apart as we speak. Planning to silicone the nuts and bolts. Then will do a submerged test.

Yes sir it is. One side more than the other. I found these as I was loosing the bolts. Don't know if it means anything. If you look closely you will see some spider cracks. Maybe it's the gel coat?

Any tips on how to get back on nuts and washers from inside the boat. Taking off although time consuming was easy but putting back on can be quite a PITA. Lol

I use a pair of snapring pliers as they are spring loaded. The are like needlenose pliers but in reverse.

Managed to do the same with a regular needle nose pliers. A bit of pain but im getting there. One more strut left and I'm done.

I use a pair of long hemostat pliers for challenging installation.

Done! Whew!! That is not something I wanna do again! All hoses are fine. No leaks from those. I had a little gap (very small) under both struts where it meets the back pad. Dropped a bit of silicone around that area too. My dynamite packs finish charging as well and one of the packs read C1- 4.19, C-2- 4.20, C-3- 4.14. Can I run it that way still? I'm also thinking of putting on back my original props until I figure out what else was causing all that erratic behavior today. I don't think the Octuras were the cause. I know at one point both ESCs were giving me a 2s reading. Had it autocalculate and registered for 3s. At that time I'm not sure how low the packs were to be giving me 31mph which I find strange. Both times I brought the boat in, I had the red light on one ESC which is the new one. Unplug and power on again and they both do 3s beeps and green.
