Yes, I painted it. Paint job was decent, not the best, but I like it. First time with that big of a job. Still need some touch ups that I will do this winter and maybe some graphics. No one but me can see the flaws so all good.

            new paint

Looking forward to seeing your paint scheme. Repainted mine same colour. Paint company forgot the hardener, so it never dried. Best part is EZ-Strip paint remover made the job a lot easier.

Did the 48 get discontinued then? My 2 have been on the shelf for ages. Just never could get them running right. Bouncing and such. Hot esc 140f. Shelved them and went on to other things.

I couldnt get the electric version to run smooth either. bought the gas version and had alot of fun with it. at gas speeds, it's alot more fun. no bouncing and long run times.

The 48 is discontinued. I got mine to run smooth, but I do not push it. Did find out how to fix the bounce and it was something I did not want to get into. Short fast runs only a little bounce. Anyway my Zelos is faster and smooth for the speed thrill.

I had a feeling it might not stay in production actually. Still a shame to see it gone. I did hear that blueprinting the ride pads makes quite a difference to the bouncing. Did anyone find that? I tried a swag of different props on it and always came back to the 48mm 3 blade. You guys find that too?
