Lol you putting that into the geico?!

2030 means the can is 20mm wide and 30mm long. Find a jacket that is 20mm ID but shorter in length than 30mm... I believe hobby king has them... But that's a month away:/

Should have gotten a 2045 like I told you... Right around 2500kv would be a rocket ship

7780kv on 2s is way to high in a boat @ over 57000rpm unloaded.

Ok I'll just hang on to it then for another project. I have been using the minimono motor which is smaller then the 380 brushed motor it came with. What would you all recommend that i put in there. I think I'm going to use a motor like Gabe told me the 2045 what you guys think on that? Is that motor going to be small enough to fit in that boat.and the thing is is it has to be able to run on 3 s

In my limited experience with small boats, anything over 3600 KV is too much, unless you have room for 2 batteries. High KV don't produce that much torque.
Just so ya know, KV is Volts per RPM, but motor KT is Amp per Tq. As KV of a motor goes up, KT goes down. High KV motor will have low KT, and vice-versa. Its just the physics of the situation.
So, a high KV motor requires more amps to make the same torque as a lower KV motor of the same motor. High KV puts more strain on the small batteries and ESC's

awesome that's cool to know I didn't understand that you made it to where I can understand it I really appreciate that. I still need to know what size loader should I put in that if it originally came with us 380 brushed motor that would be equal to the same size?any suggestions on what motor to go with would be greatly appreciated
