Temps are changing, as Dom thought may happen, when raising the strut, it ran cooler. Its been raining all afternoon as we have that tropical disturbance off our coast. A lot of showers bloomed up this afternoon so I didnt get to get it wet again. I should be able to do more tuning in the morning.

In the mean time, I stripped my BJ26 of all parts and am staring at it wondering how I should re-paint it.....

yea i did have a bit of trouble at one stage with the apparition
it wasnt really chine walk more of a wriggle of the transom
cat was running a 7xl 447/3 detounged and cut down to around 44-45mm
turns out its the pond i run in as it is boomerang shaped and has two pumps circulating the water causing a surprisingly strong current in acouple of places in the pond go figure

Im getting a lot closer. It will bounce for a short while during acceleration, but it seems once it maxes out, she settles nicely. Although, I lost my nice smooth flat turning. She wants to bounce a bit now. Nothing crazy, just a little bit. Ive got the strut up about as high as I can go without cutting the top of it to keep it from hitting the hull, and its at zero degrees. I had it trimmed up a bit and it was pushing itself out of the water more and more the faster it went. Im thinking now of starting to play with the COG.
