Ran the Titan today with the Pulso ESC out of the Cat and she shut down again after 2 small laps. I read the Pulso user guide and it stated the overtemp shut-down is 110F? I mean the water was warmer than my motor, ESC and packs. 110F seems a little low, doesn't it ?????

Well, today was my first FE high wind, big chop day. The Titan was an absolute bear, jumping 10' gaps and rolling from gunnel to gunnel at WOT. My GF's son drove the Cat WOT and had her stand straight up, perpendicular to the water. Then the tubers came out and started making huge waves, SW26 time. Check out the roostertail pic, that was right when the Cat landed, notice the water going backwards. Needless to say ALL the boats are drying out right now. Yes the Pulso ESC shut down on me every time. Oh well at least we had a few crazy moments.

Yeah, went all white with the Pennzoil graphics. She was awesome in the big chop. I just have to figure out the shutting down problem I'm having with the ESC. 2 laps and she quits.

I have one of these and I love it. I would love to hear more of what people have done with this hull. My current setup is:

Feigao 9xl
Aeromarine hardware
Octura x640 prop
2x3700mah firefox lipos
HXT120 Esc (changing to Hydra 120)

This beats my SV27 with a x642 on lipos.

Any tips? Thinking of going 6S on the lipos.

Hi Dom,
How are the lines on the bottom of that hull. From what I have seen in pictures they look soft. Meaning the edges of the steps & transom are more rounded than squared. Also what does the bare hull weigh and how thick is the layup? Thanks in advance for the information.

Hello SJFE,

I think Scott at Skunkworks would be better to answer this. I just sent him an email. He's a great guy. From what I remember, the hull weighs in at 1.8 lbs. But now it comes with a carbon fiber reinforced tunnel. It planes nicely on the water and turns on a dime.
