Feigao 6xl is 2780 rpms per volt, so if you are on 3S you are looking at: just under 30K. if you were on 4S.... then you would be more like 40K and that would be a lot for a cable drive.

I really meant if you like to gun it a lot, make sharp turns, basically work the cable hard or drive smoother and make wide turns thus being easier on the cable. Racers may or may not be hard on the cable, but are probably a lot more frequent users. That is what I was getting at.

I'll actually be running 2 6cell 4600mah batteries in her. So I'm guessing that it would run like a 4s???

Ok, everything seems to be good to go with the vortex now. Extended the esc cable sealed everything and now it seems all I need is a nice day out and some calm water. The sooner the better.
