    Received My New Hyperion Batteries

I just purchase these 2s packs for my UL-1. These packs were only $67.00 each and shipping was free.

You can purchase Hyperion batteries HERE:

Thanks for the link Raydee. These Hyperion batteries are selling like hotcakes...look at all the backorders All-e-RC has. They will be getting more in very soon according to a recent email I received.

People said the same thing about the Elite cells... you get what you pay for...
in my book, I paid little for a strong 35c cell.
I am trying Rhino cells now.

Elites 35c batteries were my first choice, but the size I need are out of stock everywhere.

Yeah I was waiting for the Elites to be back in stock too but it has been about a month or so with no ETA so I went with the 35c Hyperions.

Let me know how the Rhino cells work out, I have a nice Helicopter that I might try those or the Zippy cells on just to save a little money.

Anybody know the story on the 35C Elites? Pat at RCLipos has even taken them off the site. Sad, they are fantastic cells.

Bad economy calls for drastic measures.... I had been using expensive Thunderpower lipos. But, since i discovered Zippy lipos a whole lot cheaper than TP, and work just as well.... Been buying zippy

yeah, that's a problem when there are only 2 dealers...
I spoke to Pat a while back and it was going to take a month to get
the cells in, add the usual delays to it... yeah, you'd be buying elsewhere.

Ray, I just now looked and the Elite cells are still there... the good stuff is in BO but still there.

Very interesting there was a post on RRR as to a new Lithium technology and that there was a shortage of LI-PO batteries. I have viewed a few battery sites and they all show no stock. I am under the assumption that there are only a few true manufacturers of LI-PO batteries. A bit like Plasma and LCD TV displays...there are only 2 manufacturers, regardless of the brand name.

Doug, I think that is the case... it's more then 2 but probably not as many as brands we see... I think that goes for most consumer items.
Where did you see shortage of LiPos? The only one I have seen in BO is the Elite cells...
