Last night Taylor called me and offered to either refund my money or send a new kit. I declined either in favor of discussing the problem I was having with certain parts fit. After a bit of discussion it was concede the part in question as to be installed in the boat frame was okay and the discrepancy I talked to Taylor about wouldn't matter.
So it has been settled without having Taylor to loose money or another kit.
I am satisfied with Taylor's answer and will proceed with the construction as planned and hope to get it on the water this summer.
I did print some things I sincerely regret in doing so and apologize to Taylor.
I hope the matter is settled once and for all and I see no need to go any further with it.

Yup. Got the center keel pieces glued together and epoxied into the formers. Then epoxied the stringers into the first four formers. That's all for now. Will wait until tomorrow to finish gluing the stringers into the forward formers. Even though I used 30 minute epoxy, I like to let it cure for several hours possibly 12 or more just to make sure.
I've been building and flying model planes for 20 years and have encountered worse problems than this.
