      Thanks Jim,
I'm thinking 30" maybe a tad to big for the setup.

And these kits are good also

I do like the look of the blue blaster but was hoping for something in FG rather than wood.

                Heath.
This might be an option. 27.5"
I have a 32" version & tried it on the restricted set up. But it was too heavy.
If you get rid of the fins & wing, & streamline the cowling by getting rid of that huge air intake it might work. I don't know.

I also ran this one a couple of years ago. Brilliant on calm water but couldn't handle our choppy conditions at Lakeside. Just a bit too small.

A word of warning though. The glasswork isn't the best. Lots of gelcoat cracks after a few runs.
But my choice as you know is the ML Boatworks GP310 It took top honours last year & is leading the way so far this year. Wooden boats rule!!!

By the way. The restricted motor is the 1500kv version, not the 1800kv.

                Cheers.
                Paul.

                    Heath,

the TFL libero is a terrific shovel nose at 27" with a limited power system.

I would have thought it would be a little small? So it handles the spec motors on 4 sells just fine?

                          Here's a thread with Vid Jim http://forums.offshoreelectrics.com/...Libero-Limited
I'm starting to think 27" might be to small and I need to find a light 30" hull

Here is mine, although I have a higher kv motor, it shows how well the hull handles. :-)

Too many boats, not enough time...

this hull setup really honks-for 27" it hauls the mail! it's a great runner-being raced in mmeu last year. i might get one,it's very impressive on the water.
