Hex-dj, I can understand your frustration but you have to come down and accept that sometimes thing are just not going the way we want, and in addition, communication issue may happen, nothing is perfect in this world and certainly not computers emails and internet stuff (I'm an IT guy), it seems you did not get Steven's Email on august 11th, you said
