Mistakes happen... Good people take care of them... Steven is/has/will... Get over it. If you have an issue, take it offline and deal with it. Man-up for crying out loud and keep your issues to yourself... or between you and the "offending" party...

If it weren't for Steven's business and the hard work he does to make SURE we have access to the parts we need, AND his EXCELLENT service and delivery record, a good number of people here wouldn't even be able to be part of this hobby...

Personally, I'd ban you from this site and NEVER do business with you again if I were Steven. His margins are so small on these parts that I'm sure he could take the rather small hit on his overall business...

Dude, why don't you just talk to steve, instead of complaing about the service. I understand that your frusterated, but your being rediculous. Steve has great service, always answers his email, ships fast. You should take this to PMs or something. I didn't even bother to read all the posts, the first few were enough. You have to understand that Steve is human, and makes mistakes like everyone else. Im sure he would like to work it out with you, but after he see's all your negativity, I'm sure he won't look forward to dealing with you. If you have never made a mistake, then I would like to meet you. This hobby needs all the suppliers and vendors it can get, and OSE is the best one of all. If it weren't for Steve and this fourm, the FE community I am sure would be much smaller.

Its one thing to post "ahh man my stuff got lost in the mail" but to sit here and complain about service, and talk trash about the store and fellow members is messed up. This is a hobby, which is suppose to be fun. OSE is kind of like a family, everyone helps one another, so unless you can contrubute to helping, and supporing the hobby, and have a positive attitude, you should go somewhere else.

Well the rant on the previous page demonstrates that Hex is unstable, or at the very least has a very loose grip on reality. I agree, ban him from the site and let's be done with him. People with his attitude are not needed or wanted on this, or any other, forum.
