OSE sending orders to other PO Boxes?

Hello! Just to let you know when you make an order with OSE. I recently made one for 150.56 and was sent to some other PO box and I can never get it,because it is illegal to check other PO Boxes. I ve already made 5 plus orders to OSE . Everything has been just fine until the last one I made.I ve already started a huge investigation regarding this issue with my lawyer. Imagine a $2,000.00 plus order from OSE getting lost. Thinking that someone else has it and that person is never returning it to you for whatever the reason.
I want my Money back from the first one I made. I sent a second MO yet for 150.56 and havent recived anything. It s been more than 15 days after that. In my orders before shipping was pretty fast. It used to take only 10 days to reach here. I am switching from OSE to www.finedesignrc.com and www.towerhobbies.com and to Jeff Wholts Hobby shop,they have better gear and much faster boats. Never had an issue with those Hobby shops.
Steven are you ever going to reply my recent e-mails ? R/C boaters ordering from this site (OSE) should know about this matter. I am gathering all proof. Including Steven s e-mails and mines. No more excuses Steven. I am in talks with my lawyer already. It s been more than two months of waiting already Steven and I can not take it anymore.

Doby you said on vacation this week... Read well its been more than two months and nothing... Only a wrong address package sent to box 35 instead of my box 635. He has had my correct address for the longest. I ve made 5 orders and everything has been 100 % fine except for the last one???

What if my order was for $5,000.00 dollars plus. I would ve lost more than five thousand dollars in a couple of days... Good for me right?Loosing 150.56 dollars and nothing has been done from his side. I spoke with my towns Postmaster and made the claims at the PO.Nothing...nothing...nothing. I must have the items I ordered for free and twice the amount for each item in perfect condition instead.

This is the 1st complain I have heard of about the ose store....You will not find any sympathisers here, opening this topic up in public forum will not help matters any.... I do not know what was said between you and Steven but as far as I am(and most others) you will not find a better of faster vender to deal with.
If there was a issue with addresses, then it is either his or your fault. If the post office sent it to the wrong address then flameing Steven will not fix anything.

Have you rechecked the invoice and checked the address it was sent too???
If Steven was given a bad address (misspell) and it was sent there not his fault.
If Steven sent it to a incorrect address different from the invoice then I have complete faith that Steven will fix it...(My opinion).

Steven has the highest rateing of any vendor that I know of. And like Doby said good luck with Fine Desine Thay have earned a questionable trader flag... and thats being nice....
I am sure the issue will be resolved one way or another..

36 to 635 Someone missed a "6" the invoice will show that...

Did you use paypal??? is the address correct there? Did you type in the address and miss the "6"

Lonewolf the package is in my town ,because thats what the evidence from the PO shows. I was told by S. that it was sent to box 35 instead of 635. OOops right?

I lost it no one has returned it since July the 10th. Box 35 aint my fault. Its his. I have all the evidence here.

I think that's a tad unreasonable......You want double the items at no cost?

Can the Post Office not contact the owner of the other box? Unless the other person is an RC boat person, they wouldn't have much use for your parts.

Anyway, there are always two sides to a story.

I agree Doby and Lonewolf. Steve has treated me right twice now. The first order we played phone tag. How many people would do that for a small order and first time buyer. Bringing a lawyer into this is stupid. If you talked to him the way your flaming him on here, well, I wouldn't be so apt to talk to take care of it either.

OSE , from what I read and know, is doing a fine job w/ orders.

Did you ask the Post Office to contact the owners of the other PO Box? You failed to answer that question.... I would think that would be the first thing to do......

As for bringing a lawyer into this for a 300 dollar amount is a bit over the top,,,you will waste more money on the lawyer.

Couple of questions, has Steven confirmed that he put the wrong address on your package or are you just guessing??

Second, have you contacted the post office or the mailbox place where your box is??

As for the other places having "much faster boats"....a boat is only as fast as you make it. Kind of a dumb comment to make.

Steven told me it was sent to box 35 instead of mine 635. It wasnt my fault. I ve made 5 orders to OSE all correct. I did my last one the same way and poof... No one has returned my package yet since July 10th,2008. One thing is that it says my name and last name.
