But I just Think it Was Strange the connectors is getting so hot and only on the motor side

Maybe it some cheap ass bullet so they cannot handle the current

I Can put a screenshot off the log tomorrow When iam a the pc again
Last time I had motor connectors get real hot, I found the cause was the motor was being run under a higher load that it could handle.....

So maybe is a little to hot setup I have chosen?

When I get a new speedo I will do following 8mm connectors smaller prop and make some bench test off the drive line to check if some thing can bind under load.

Your unloaded rpm should be (14.8x2390)=35,372 so I would think your loaded rpm should reach at least 30,000. If you bring the cursor over to the right a bit where your rpm's peak what value does it show? If that 24,747 is as high as it got then there's definitely a problem, either overloading or bad equipment.

yeah peak rpm is around 25k so it to low with this setup, must check if something is wrong in the drive line

It is also rather alarming to see the esc temp rise that high(197 deg farenheight) in just a matter of 8 seconds, and it looks like it climbed well over 200 in just a few seconds after that, but the short may have been already started inside the motor or something, and as a result the bullets got hot. Did you have any successful runs before this happened? Also, did you confirm that water was coming from the cooling outlets? It really would help if you showed us some pics of the inside of the boat, maybe somebody will notice something not right.

Look at the motor windings...see if there is any black or burnt spots.

holy crap! I just looked up the specs of that prop..........prop down my friend. Not only is that alot of pitch, thats a 3 blade. thats why your rpm is so low...i'm surprised you didnt let the smoke out.....

This is more important than I ever thought as I'm getting at least 1/4" shrink on my 1/4" cable. I've never seen so much cable shrink but, I now know what I have to fix in my driveline and this will help my motor heat and esc connector heat.

Not saying it's your problem but, it's my first time in a long time I've had a problem like this. Now I need a longer flex cable.

Too much prop as others mention is a big one.

Here is a log from the first time I ran the boat samme setup as when it failed only I was running with 4mm connectors on the motor.
                              log1.jpg

I ran only a short time because first time the boat ran, only about a 1min and when I lock in the boat I could see the heatshrink was warm so I did nor run more, so the week after I test with 6mm connectors and it was as you can see a failure
