Joel, Got the Speedos...Thanks!
Looks like 2 have some failed FET's and controllers. The 3rd looked good but for some corrosion on the controller card. I'm going to enjoy seeing if I can fix these.
I appreciate your help buddy!

Well here's my first DigiKey order:
(4) IRS2103SPBF - IC DRIVER HALF-BRIDGE HV 8-SOIC
(6) IRFS3004TRLPBF - MOSFET N-CH 40V 195A D2PAK
(3) TAJC107K010RNJ - CAP TANT 100UF 10V 10% 2312
Let's see where that gets me. These are the visibly bad components on the 4 ESC's. I'm still going to take some time to read some of the circuits and hope I don't find anything else bad. It really helps that you sent me three of the same boards. Guess I need to get me a programming card on order :)

I hope you can make something work. These ESCs appear to be extremely susceptible to moisture. Just a small amount of condensation under the shrink wrap would take them out. So far the testing of 3 others I covered in liquid tape in two different boats (one twin and one single) is going well. However I just crashed and submerged the twin, so we will see what happens after is all dries out."There's nothing else I really want to do other than get up and build boats." - Mike FioreComment
