    Super Daytona motor pick!

Ok I'm trying to pick out the best motors for a fightercat super daytona. I'm up in the air between the castle 2028, beast x528 and the 56110 Leo OSE just started selling. Of corse if there is something better you want to suggest let me know. But keep in mind the price range of the motors I've listed. I know a set of Lehner lmt 3040s would be perfect but I just can't afford that.

Hry blownover. I'm building a daytona my self I just got two castle 1512/1y 2650kv motors for mine as I am also on a budget. I am going to use a castle Hydra HV 180a AS today ask my motors and esc arrived. See pics.. I Adam still unsure what batteries I'm going to run but would like to push it to the edge. I will send you pics of my build asking the way and soon the video as I recently got my running gear for the boat. . Hope to see yours up and running soon also. Zachary

This is the largest of the fightercat hulls it 56.7 inches. And yes it is going to be a twin.

I would think so. Do you have the hull yet?

Ups has the hull it will be here Friday. Twin 2028s may be to much for the hull. But I am going to be blacking out and completely reinforcing every inch of the inside of this hull. I want to break 100 with it. If and when I do break 100 after that it will be backed off to a very reliable and cool running 80s mph boat.

Well, out of the motors you asked about, the castle would be the ones IDE use, not sure what else to say lol. Leopard are good but not nearly as good as castle. The beast motors are probly nice too, I haven't experience with them so I can't say for sure on those. You can wait for others to chime in lol
I know it's been quiet around here lately

Alot of the forums have been rather quite the last few weeks. From what I've been told the beast x528 is identical to the 2028. With the exception of the castle name and warranty behind the 2028.
