Mine did not come with any lead. I used wheel weight lead. Any idea how much you have in there?

I have almost the same hull with an Etti 2970 3000kv on 3s & T120. It rolls alright

As others have mentioned - your boat (and mine) is way overpowered. I run a X438 prop on mine which does nothing to the motor & esc in terms of heat but the hull cant take anymore. You have to balace it with the rudder, so to speak. I tried an X642 just to find the limit on the motor but there was no way I could floor it. On half throttle the hull started to REALLY turn and I had to back down.

That being said - the hulls are pretty decent and imho easy to work on considering the size.
                        25" Arrowana with Etti 2970 3300kV. RCMK Flying Cat with twin HOR Outboards. 2 x SSS 4092 2140kV. Faluga 45" with Leo 56110 620 kv on 12s.

Had a Turnigy 2223 2900 out runner in it in the video. Right now it has a 2835 2700 in runner in it and it is a lot slower. Going to be putting the out runner back in it. I'm running it on 3s 2200 batteries turning a 32 and 35mm prop.
