    Mono rolling help

Hi guys. Need some advice. I have a 22.5 mono running a Leo 2860 3400kv, 120a ESC, 3s lipo turning a 438 prop. It takes a bit to get on plane and when it does plane, it rolls at 3/4 throttle. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Any pictures of how you got it setup? sounds maybe its down to battery placement! not that i'm an expert on that hull. its a v hull right?
take a picture it helps when you can see what's what.

Not much choice in battery placement. It has a flood chamber for self righting. If battery not placed on chamber side, it won't flip.

Deep V hull or steped hull ? I thought that hull is a deep v
my lipo is on the flood chanel side on a steped hull, but i think with a v hull you run packs either side of the motor.
            what size lipo you running?

I think turn fins are needed.

What is the CG at with the battery back there and all that lead or whatever in the flood chamber. Should be 27-30% of the hull length forwards from the transom.
About 6 1/2 to close to 7" forwards if my quick mental math is close.
If my boats upside down then who owns the one I thought I was driving the last two laps?

I removed most of the lead. Still trying to roll yet not as bad. I think Bass is right, just to much motor. I am about to gut the boat. I think maybe start a new build with a better and bigger hull. This was my first build and have learned (and spent) a lot. With big hands and limited space it is very difficult to work on and doesn't allow for many options as to equipment placement. I think it would be wiser to put the money into a better hull. Your thoughts? Thanks.

Buy a Etti Envoy or Chaser hull, and use that motor and esc and lipo, run on a wire drive setup. 37.5mm prop 39mm max you will be happy chappy.

this was a Etti Chaser i once had, on them same setup as yours only a 39mm prop it ran 5 minutes + at full throtle.

Try moving your esc to the left starboard side of the boat

It currently is on the starboard side next to the motor and in front of the lipo.
