Well if it is 2000 kv then yes, two 2s packs series is appropriate.

didnt know there was a trackstar ESC that was 60A and rated over 3s..... careful mate, you put too many volts through that thing and it will smoke right there infront of you.

The Minicat site http://www.minicatracingusa.com/samparts.html shows this info for the motor. It looks like the original motor in the pic.
