What is up with the difference in Voltage ratings?? Looks like the same esc as HM??

These are probably made with FETS from 10 years ago! They have buckets full of them! LOL

But, I have tested about 12 of the HM 200A versions,, They seem too work OK, I have even pushed them in the M/Machine on 6S with a Neu 1515/1Y and M440.... .....Temps were 138-145deg on the CAPS after 1-2 min. run....

I first started off with brushless those cheap esc's they work great, just programming I hate when changing batts, motor timing..and water I use to buy 100amps for 39.00..I think that what I'm gonna go back to...keep it a fun sport in this Economy.

Very true, great service from a chinese company. Once i'd paid for my order i had a message back within 2 hours saying it had been shipped . Unfortunately shipping from china to NZ takes a little longer than HK to NZ

That is good news as most Asian hobby suppliers give you the cold shoulder. I agree with SJFE as far as cost of ESC's are concerned. The only true bargain I have found is the OEMRC Sentillon HV ESC. A bit on the large side but that has advantages...cooling. For $100 a true bargain.

My time with a mystery esc was terrible... That thing would lag every time I let off the throttle and hit It again. I hated It...

                  Was It just me???

Most aircraft esc's have a soft throttle curve. It can be programed out in most cases.

                      I just bought a x-power 100. Does It need a pistix?

Jersey, It very well could have been something I was doing...

I've had no problems running my Mystery 80a controller. I don't think I'm taxing mine a whole lot though. Worst part for me was the programming, once I found the right info it was cake. Also I'm told there is a programming box that can be used on them.

witch one can you get Steve for 62$, is there a chance that it is 18cells capable?
IMO the Mystery brand is not that bad, I have three 80amp (two as backup) and they work fine, few differences from a batch to another but the first one I got on ebay has been totaly flooded once and still works fine, they are certainly not as good as well known top brand but as SJFE says some can't afford to pay 300 or 400$ and I'm one of them!

Just got done testing the 200 amp esc. NO way without some sort of super coolant system will this esc run 200 amp continuous for any length of time. BUT it is a solid esc at 125 amps. Which is good for most all of us.

                                Test:
I tested a 1515 1d wind Neu with a airplane prop. With the prop I picked I could hit 150amps. I had it pegged and it thermaled at about 30 seconds. I will do some more playing with props. I was using the eagle tree in live mode. Does anyone know if live mode can also be recorded?

I have bet on this esc several times without the magic smoke. So far, so good.
