yes that is the esc had till today. No word from him yet. Is that a good esc. I read that those arent really designed for boats unless u mod them like he has

But rumdog know his setups,
Let him know what cells you want to use with it.
Tell him what your setup is for and he will let you know if it will work for it good, Or not.

All i wanted to do was plug it in to test the direction of prop and didnt realize i was plugging it in backwards. From now on i am going to have two connectors on the esc so this dont happen
Ok, I see , in any event, your series connector would have given you alot of internal resistance and heat build-up. Good that you are redoing your set up.

The more wires in the boat the more chances for messing up. I count to ''10" before I pull any battery terminal protective caps off nowadays!
Not only a waste of wire, but added confusion and now a blown esc. Don't take this wrong because it's an old saying, but " keep it simple stupid" lol geez man.
