Prop size? One regular? One counter clockwise? Battery? Please post the details if you would? I have a hull and could use the info as a starting point. Thanks for the vid!

Oh , why the decision on flex shaft? Info?

      Thanks for your time!
      Thank you much!

Nice! another brave soul has decided to join the movement.
One thing I know is you'll need new couplers. When my uncle wakes up, I'll have him post the specs..

Bill you noted there had to be couplers made, 5mm to 4mm. If you guys make them, I would buy 4 of them from you.

HobbyKing has 5mmx4mm shaft to flex couplers way cheap, but the crafted ones looked nice and solid in the pics......

My build will be using 2x Turnigy 500 H3126 Brushless outrunner 1600KV for a copter, I also will be running one counter clockwise. I am cooling them with water cooled motor mounts plus the built in fan for Heli use. And 125A ESC's. That is the beginning of the craziness lol.....
          Thank you much!

My uncle is on his way over. We're gonna splash down my 2 new boats then we're headed to Ken's to get on the lathe.
I'll ask Ken if he'll spool you a set. you need to link up with him he probably won't charge you much if anything at all..

Would 2x 2700kv motors on 3S each through a 120A ESc each hold up to this hull? It's less than 30k rpm per motor, so should work, right? I
Only reason asking is, because I have those electronics laying around here...

I bet it does something special.

I've seen boats like this, My pond is arguably one of the hottest in the country. guys there buy EVERYTHING that comes out from all mfgrs.
don't knock it until you've see it run. The bottoms of the sponsons look great.

I like this thing a LOT. I wanna see it run. I've seen video of a similar one, maybe this guy figured it out. you can't say the engineer was an idiot.
sometimes people on here are quick to criticize china manufacturers.. some times they come out with a decent product and some times its junk you never know untill you run it... Kudos to the guys at your pond trying out all the new stuff and getting a line of the new developments!

The V911 from WL Toys is micro heli knockoff of the Trex 100 \Nine Eagles Solo Pro 260. It's better than both and the really good thing about the Chineese manufacturers is that they listen to they're customers and implement improvements (most of the time).

My Joysway Super Mono X is an excellent bang for the buck. Unfortunately the bearing seized up in the brushless motor. Everything else works great. I'm out 20 bucks for ceramic Boca bearings, but really I'd only be out 4 bucks if I replaced with stock.

If you go into your new purchase knowing that Chineese Engineering is top notch, but quality control is lacking, and go through everything, you'll most likely be OK. My fault was assuming brand new bearings should be lubricated from the factory (which they should).

The bad thing is that I'm the Guinea Pig for this boat. The good thing is that anyone who buys it and checks forums (most enthusiasts do) won't have to go through my same pain.

I will be counter rotating my setup, so we will see if it does. Got a tip from other posts, that clockwise & counter clockwise rotating dual shafts allow turning easier. Instead of just pushing the hull forward. We will see if so on this one Or maybe it will just go who knows
