hahahahaaaa im going to tell them its where I put the rocket fuel!!!! as for the esc mount, ya I made it... I cut it out of a 1/4" shim, sealed it with laquer then painted it metalic blue... cut out slots for zip ties and put a little velcro down... holds tight... on another note,Man I hope I dont have to remount my rudder

You did the same thing I did on my Avenger Pro build with your offset rudder. It's a tad too far to the right (starboard) side. If the Segad pulls too much to the right when you run it, flip the mount over to get the rudder closer to the prop - or just re-mount it. I'm keeping my fingers crossed on the Avenger cuz it's mounted exactly the same as your's.

Nice pics!!! A beautiful build. Did you make that mount for the Swordie 240 ESC? The motor mount rails on my Avenger block the water inlets, so I've got to either make a raised deck of cut down the rails dowm.

Don't remount the rudder yet. Like I said, I've got my rudder mounted the same way on my Avenger Pro. After you run it for awhile, if you have to trim the rudder to the left too much it will cause drag & THEN think about remounting it. But it's easier if you just flip the mount up side down & turn the rudder over - if that's not too close to the prop that's the way to go. But only AFTER you run it the way it is now.

I was having space issues mounting my Turnigy 240A ESC in the Avenger, your mount looks like the answer! Thanks Rob. JIM

PS: What kind & how many LIPOs you gonna run? I just paid a small fortune for (4) 5S Hyperion & (4) 4S VX g3, and (2) 2S Hyperion EX g3 LIPOs, but there supposed to be the best. Guess I'll find out at Octobers Legg Lake SAWs. The Segad is either gonna break the S & T class records or

Doesn't look complete to me....that controller isn't going to do to much in its "current" state.
