as for the esc mount, ya I made it... I cut it out of a 1/4" shim, sealed it with laquer then painted it metalic blue... cut out slots for zip ties and put a little velcro down... holds tight... on another note,Man I hope I dont have to remount my rudder

You did the same thing I did on my Avenger Pro build with your offset rudder. It's a tad too far to the right (starboard) side. If the Segad pulls too much to the right when you run it, flip the mount over to get the rudder closer to the prop - or just re-mount it. I'm keeping my fingers crossed on the Avenger cuz it's mounted exactly the same as your's.
Nice pics!!! A beautiful build. Did you make that mount for the Swordie 240 ESC? The motor mount rails on my Avenger block the water inlets, so I've got to either make a raised deck of cut down the rails dowm.
