The satisfaction of low prices lasts for a few days, but the dissatisfaction with poor (or no) equipment lasts a lifetime. You get what you pay for, and you often have to buy cheap parts twice (and lose time you could be enjoying your boat but instead are waiting on parts....which may never come). Some here have reported waiting over a year for orders. HK has all the business they need - and more - because they sucker foreigners into buying with their seemingly low prices. There is no incentive for them to give any decent level of service - they don't need your business, they have thousands lining up to buy. Sometimes they do fine, sometimes they suck. Buy from OSE next time.

What's a long time? Did you order from US or China? What shipping method did you choose? Did you order lipos?

i ordered lipos from hk once. they took my money and cancelled my order. i called and called that number, then,one day, i got thru miraculously to china lady! got absolutely nowhere…. so i disputed the charge with my bank and they got my money back to me. never again.

Last order for 2 Turnigy nanos took 10 days to ship and another 2 weeks to arrive. This cost $31 US for what was supposed to be 3-6 day shipping. Not good service. If you know the product and aren't in a hurry, you can use them. Otherwise, stay away. And EVERYTHING OSE sells is quality and goes out fast Go with Steve- he'll talk to you.

processing takes about 5-7 days at HK,then post time to the Uk about 4 days,just received 2 real nice lipos in that time zone..

I just looked and didn't see connectors at US warehouse. Normally they won't allow mixed orders so I bet its coming from China and if you didn't select express shipping it could take up to 30 days. I have over 30 orders and almost all have been received within 2weeks. Did you get a shipping notice yet? How long has it been?
