My last HK order arrived in the usa in 5 days. Customs/USPS took a month to get it to me!

If ordered from US warehouse your only option would be USPS

If you select USA warehouse on the right side about half way down it will show you the 14 pages of what's stocked in their warehouse. In the list you provided the only thing they stock is the lipo. You need to check your order.

Yeah ive also had things sit for close to a week in US customs, where it only took three or 4 days from my ordering date to get to the states. Ive got over 30 orders from HK varying from Lipos, to boats, to shrink wrap, and even w/ the "slow boat from China" shipping, Ive never waited more than 3 weeks for an order. EMS orders are usually w/ in 10 days. I hadnt ordered anything though from them in quite some time.

Order from hobbypartz and you will have your items usually in no more than 3 business days. No b.s ever. Have ordered 5 times in past two weeks. I'm in il and 4 out of 5 orders arrived in 2 business days. Great prices on lipos and other items. Totally satisfied with them. Ordered from hk twice and both orders got messed up. Lifes to f'n short to get aggravated by stupid inept customer service !! Fyi, my mystic loves their Gen ace 2s 5000 40c lipos. I ordered a total of 4 of those that cost me about $120 total shipped !! Thanks Hobbypartz ...

I have returned a used ESC to Hobbyking and it was replaced under warranty.

I had a 2.4 radio that was turning off intermittently that I purchased from Hobbypartz. It was 3 weeks old. I called them and after putting me on hold for a couple of minutes, they told me they would replace it at no expense to me. I received it 4 days later. They are my rc people for now or until they f something up and don't take care of it. Fyi, I didn't ask for a replacement, they went ahead and took care of it which any business that wants to survive will do.

My workmates has made a total of about 80 orders with HK over the past 12 months. Every single order has showed up. Of any the problems he has had, one or 2 lipo's (of dozens upon dozens) has been puffed, a motor or 2 has died straight away or an esc popped. Big f'ing deal! Your buying among the cheapest Rc parts on the planet, what do you expect? If your in a hurry for it, get it local, if you want it cheap, order and wait, if it never shows up lodge a refund with paypal, if it is defective, understand that by buying the cheapest components available, they have to cut costs somewhere, quality control is one of them!

I will continue to use them, in fact I ordered an eagle tree from them 3 weeks ago that hasn't shipped yet, haven't emailed them and have no intention of doing so for at least another 3 weeks. Just ordered 12 nano's from them, and if any are defective it will go in the bin and more ordered. Pretty simple formula guys, you get what you pay for, both in quality control AND service.

I have no problem with HK. When I order from them it under the understanding that no one is in a rush and it will take a little while. Luckily, I have many orders from them and never have had a problem and so far all batteries have worked out great and everything else,motors,connectors have all functioned as stated. I have a HK motor in my Rustler VXL that has been in there two years and still going and I play with that one a couple times a week! You just can't expect high quality and fast service.

ive had postage delays with hobbyking on many orders using the cheapest post.
I decided to put an order in with EMS shipping and received the item in about 7 days which was much better than the 25 days it usually takes

The last order I placed with H/K took 3 weeks to ship out of their warehouse on items that were all in stock. Never had it this bad before but was worth getting a new version Turnigy 180 ESC for 77 bucks. Hobbypartz is great with $10 all you can buy shipping to Canada but the seaking esc was 15 bucks more expensive

My last order placed on Oct 5 arrived Oct 20 4 4s packs ems to Canada.I wonder if they are listening to all the complaints about the shipping
delays or did I just get lucky
