( I wonder if 15s would fit well in that hull )
but this is about a BIG MONO build
    what about the 57" Signature?
I also like the 48" Challenger.

Grabbing that up tomorrow since he only lives a few hours from me...Now how sweet is that...And on the plus side Steve V. has been around the block a few when it comes to FE....We chatted on what would power this beast! Thanks again Steve V.

Hey you OHIO guys (and any others), there is a race in Dayton this Saturday. IMPBA Dayton Club. Saturday only, 8:30 till we finish. Right off of I70 and 675, north west corner of the cloverleaf. It will not be a large race but you could see some other hulls that may interest you. http://www.daytonrcboatclub.org/
We will be running FE tunnel if the water isn't too rough. There will be a mix of gas/nitro and Fe. Howard T and myself will be coming down from Cleveland. Hope to see you there. It will be a small event, so if you feel like racing contact the club pres.

I gas applications the 48 challenger is unstable above 50mph. Would not go there either. The challenger series by aeromarine has a high lift bottom that is not good for todays speeds. That hull has been around since the early 90s. good for scale but not todays speeds.

Oh I like the fountain you are going to build. A true classic in lines and appearance.
