I'm still around guys, and I will still take care of forum members that need me to do work for them. BTW, I now also carry paint mask material with liner I can produce the graphics with for those who prefer to paint their logos/designs.
I've responded to crazy maxx and look to start on his project soon. Thanks SJFE, Jeepers, and Mich Maniac for remembering me:D

before you go off and pay big $bucks$ for a paint job...test your skills. the hardest part on painting is waiting for the paint to dry to go onto the next phase. if we can build these complex boats, surely we can paint them. if you already have an air compressor buy yourself a good air brush and gravity feed touch up paint gun.
for exotic paint schemes, prime the hull with Krylon White primer. then start from there. try the createx line of acrylic air brush paints thinned with alcohol 4:1. mask off areas for different colors with green masking tape found at wal mart in paint section. you can have a simple beautiful color or a colorful multi color paint scheme. after a 24 hour wait spray with automotive clear coat paint Dupli-Color
brand. warm the can in hot water, then spray a little at a time waiting about between coats until you have layed 3 coats of clear. let dry 7-10 days before polishing.
