    i told you already see that info you not getting let me try to explain again about your prop specs. that (cob) means center of balance meaning measuring the pitch from the ttwo pitch equations you need one is from the diameter 45.67mm or 1.8" and the other you don't have but have the total pitch final answer witch isn't the same but you can finsh the equation by basic math 2.81/1.8=1.56 the other side of the pitch dude get it.

        What do you have to do to change pitch from stock?
        I understand there is some math but how is it physically changed?

                      ok it seems you dont understand my question.
                      your making it sound like i have to write some numbers on a paper towel and rub the prop with it and that will pitch up the prop.
                      i know how to cup a prop and S&B.

                          This is a basic description... howver you really should have a pitch gauge to do it accuratly.
