3-5 minutes is perfect run time. That's what you should aim for all the time. Something in the 37mm range would work fine. Mid 30's in the boat isn't bad at all. What exact motor are you using again?

          Is that a 540s, 540l or 540xl?

Yea you should be able to prop up no problem. Try a 37mm prop check the temps then you maybe even able to try a 40mm prop.

What size drive shaft do you have? 4mm, 1/8 or 3/16?

How are you measuring the speed? Do you have GPS?

I run a 42mm prop- BUT it doesnt have a lot of pitch. I think its a 42 1.4P or some crap like that.

                      4mm shaft.

I need to find some props to try. I have Eagle Tree. Also reworking my boat now. Hopefully on the water Sunday.

Ha, I hope you never loose your boat or phone.

I just got the eagle tree so Im not sure. The boats been torn down since getting it. Will know more soon.

If i had to guess- I would say 35-40 mph. But its a guess. Im going up in motor now too... so we shall see.
